    Term and condition while using computer 

 Dear friends ,do you know that use of computer affects our body and health ? Here are certain important tips given for you to practice and keep healthy while using computer.

Keyboard

@ your neck and shoulder should be relaxed.

@ your upper arms $elbows should make a little more than 90degree angle.

@ your wrist should be straight.

Mouse

@ mouse should not cause pressures  on rhe wrist.

 @ avoid bulky mouse. 

@keep mouse closer to the keyboard. 

@ elbows should be bent and closer to the body.

Monitor

@ monitor should be placed at a distance anywhere between 18 and 30 inches.

@ you should be able to focus on the screen while still using the back of the chair and keep your arms parallel to your upper body.

@ your eyes should be level with the top of the screen.

@ turn the screen brightness down to a comfortable level turn   

Sitting and posture
@ chair height shold be adjustable. 


@  Chair should swivel (rotate on centre)
Easily and completely (360degree).

@ chair should have good back support. 

@ you should be able to sit with your feet float on the floor (or a footstool) and knees appropriately 90degree.
