Here are certain important tips given for you to practice and keep healthy while using computer . Keyboard @ your neck and shoulder should be relaxed. @ your upper arms $elbows should make a little more than 90degree angle. @ your wrist should be straight. Mouse @ mouse should not cause pressures  on rhe wrist.  @ avoid bulky mouse.  @keep mouse closer to the keyboard.  @ elbows should be bent and closer to the body.
